Warranty Information

Enjoy your purchase with a peace of mind.

Upon receiving the item/parcel, please check for any damages. Take photo of it and inform us immediately. Please do not chop sign for the parcel and return to us. Our service team will follow up with you.

How long is the warranty period? 

All furniture are covered either 3 months, 1 year or 5 years warranty (*depending on product category) against manufacturing defect. The warranty period for the furniture begins upon receipt of delivery.

Please note that PROMOTIONAL and ACCESSORIES products do not carry this warranty.

What warranty does not cover?

This warranty does not cover failure resulting from daily wear and tear, misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance by you.

How do I keep track of the warranty?

Please keep a copy of the original proof of purchase, including invoice, sales receipt or delivery order for a proved tracking of the warranty.

Please note that the warranties provided by CASA LIFESTYLE apply only to furniture you purchased for your usage, and not for resale.

How do I request for service?

To kick start a return request, all you will need to do is contact us & make a report from our office and our team will be in touch with you shortly on the next steps.

What kind of service will I get?

Based on your description of the report, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a deficiency of manufacturing of material nature, or whether it is due to normal wear and tear.

If we find that your complaint is justifiable, we may either rectify it by:

  1. Send spare parts that you will easily be able to fit yourself, provided that you can accept this solution, or
  2. Exchange the item
  3. If (i) and (ii) is unable to be fulfilled, you may return the furniture for a refund in-store credit.

What if the warranty on the product has expired?

If the warranty on the product has expired or if you have damaged your furniture by accident, you are of course still welcome to contact our customer service team. We will be more than delighted to help you.

Any other charges during warranty period?

During the warranty period, only shipping and service charges will be charged. Shipping costs are calculated based on distance.

All products out of warranty period (one year) will be charged for transportation, service charge, and product maintenance fee.
