Delivery Information

Delivery/ Shipping fees will be charged based on your delivery address. Please fill in your postcode at the “Basket” upon checkout for delivery fee.
  • Larger items such as cabinets and sofas are delivered by truck. Presently, the delivery truck is available only within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. 
  • Smaller items such as home accessories are delivered by courier. This is available nationwide.
  • Pick up from our service point (Local Pickup).If you want to save your transport fees with your own transport, you have a choice to pick up from our Service Point. Please Call or Whatsapp us at 018-900 3202 for pick up arrangement.

Delivery Via Truck

Delivery by truck normally takes around 7-14 working days depending on stock availability. Our team will contact you 1-3 working days prior to the actual delivery date.

On-site assembly of items delivered by truck is COMPLIMENTARY– no additional cost, but an installation charge Rm80 (J.B area) or Rm150 (outstation) will impose on “Wall-mounted TV console”.

Minimum purchase amount is required to proceed with the order for outstation truck delivery.

Delivery time frame may extend if the customer does not accept the first delivery truck schedule. Customers are required to wait for the next truck schedule which exceeds the time frame provided above.

Delivery via Courier

Delivery charges by courier services will be calculated upon check out.

The above disposal charges rates are item(s) that does not need to be dismantled. 

In the event that a customer is unsure, Please Call or Whatsapp us at 018-900 3202 the photos of item(s) to be disposed. 

Customers MUST inform the retail team in advance (4-7 days before delivery) if there are item(s) for disposal/ relocation. Relocation fee is determined upon communication.

Disposal/ Relocation can only be done during the same delivery trip.

Disposal fee is maxed at RM350 at one time per-address.
